FAQ

This FAQ has been created to help new users understand how Enta Rewards operates and how to begin using it. Once you log-in, you will find a more comprehensive set of FAQ's dealing with issues such as placing orders etc, and a full online e-ticketing help system to assist you with any queries.

What is Enta Rewards?

Enta Rewards is the name given to an implementation of the iD-points System owned and operated by IncentiveDirect Limited on behalf of Enta Technology.

How does Enta Rewards work?

Once your account has been approved you will be supplied an Account Number and a Password that you can use to log in to Enta Rewards.

Enta Technology can then award you points that you can redeem in the Enta Rewards shop.

Enta Technology is responsible for determining how many points you will be awarded and when your account will be credited. If you have an issue with the number of points you have recieved then you should contact them directly.

When you log in to your account these points will be available for you to spend on a large and exciting range of products. From the latest DVDs to top-brand electrical and computing equipment, perfumes, activity days and many, many more...

In addition Enta Technology may set Knowledge Tests or Feedback Surveys that you can complete to earn additional points and spend them in the Enta Rewards shop

Can anyone register?

Enta Rewards is only available to those individuals whom Enta Technology deem as being eligible.

In addition, Enta Rewards is only available to users who are 18 years old, and register at an address in the EU.

When will my account be approved?

It may take a few days before your registration is approved.

If your account is approved, you will receive an automated e-mail from the iD-points System informing you of your Account Number and your Password. You will then be able to log-in to the Enta Rewards system.

If you account is rejected, you will also receive an automated e-mail from the iD-points System, which may include a reason why your account has not been approved.

If you have not received an approval or a rejection after a week, please contact the Supervisor, Claire Reynolds, at Enta Technology.

Why can't I log-in?

There are several reasons why you might not be able to log-in:

  • Your account has not yet been approved.
  • Your account has been frozen.
  • The iD-points System may be down for essential maintainence, or upgrade. Please check back later.
Why has my account been frozen?

There are several reasons why your account may have been frozen, these include:

  • Account inactivity - you must log in to your account at least once every six months.
  • The Enta Rewards system has been closed.
  • Enta Technology have decided you are no longer eligible for an account.

If you think your account has been frozen by mistake, please contact your Supervisor, Claire Reynolds, at Enta Technology.

Why should I give you my email address?

IncentiveDirect Ltd, who operate Enta Rewards on behalf of Enta Technology, send out emails to you to communicate activity on the system. For example, when you have been awarded points, or when an order you have placed is shipping.

IncentiveDirect will never sell your details to any third parties, and all communication from us will relate specifically to your Enta Rewards account.

I've not received any e-mails from you. What gives?

All automated emails from the system will come from notice@bounce.incentivedirect.com and you should add this into your accepted email recipient list to make sure the emails always get through.
